The Committee, having considered the options available to the Club, has decided that, as a result of Covid-19 restrictions, it will not be possible to hold the AGM on the second Sunday in December as prescribed in the Constitution.
The Annual Accounts to the end of September are being prepared as normal and will be provided to members, together with reports from the Office Bearers and Committee, in due course.
A General Meeting of the Club will be called as soon as practical after restrictions change to permit such a meeting to take place. This will hopefully be early in 2021, however we, like all businesses and organizations, are subject to the rules and guidelines in place.
